Phnom Penh Nightlife Tourism Community Supports Frontline Soldiers and Displaced Civilians Through Ministry of Tourism
The Phnom Penh Nightlife Tourism Community (PPNLTC) participated in a humanitarian donation initiative on March 10, 2026, contributing essential supplies and financial support through the Ministry of Tourism of Cambodia to assist frontline soldiers and civilians displaced along the border areas.
This meaningful contribution reflects the commitment of the Phnom Penh business and tourism community to stand together during challenging times. By supporting national efforts and providing assistance to those affected by difficult circumstances, PPNLTC demonstrates the important role that the private sector and tourism industry can play in strengthening social solidarity.
The donation, which included both material supplies and financial contributions, was organized in collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism to ensure that aid reaches those who need it most — particularly soldiers defending the nation and families who have been forced to relocate due to border tensions.
The Phnom Penh Nightlife Tourism Community, which represents a network of restaurants, bars, hotels, and tourism businesses across the capital, continues to support initiatives that contribute to both community welfare and national unity.
“We believe that the tourism and hospitality sector is not only about entertainment and economic activity, but also about supporting society and standing together during difficult times,” said representatives of the community.
Through this initiative, PPNLTC hopes its contribution will help provide encouragement, support, and relief to those currently facing hardship.
The community also expresses its appreciation to the Ministry of Tourism for facilitating the donation and coordinating support for those affected along the border regions.
As Phnom Penh continues to grow as a leading tourism destination in Cambodia, the Phnom Penh Nightlife Tourism Community remains committed to social responsibility, national solidarity, and community support.
